The artist's description: This scarf design is inspired by extravagant performances and floating theatres in Venice. The motifs are invented to represent what I thought could be the moments before a spectacle in Venice, with props and instruments arriving on barges. It is luxurious, surreal and fragmented, the moment before the magic of the performance, when everything comes together to form a perfect illusion.
