DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery Policy:

 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders may take longer to process during busy periods with high order volumes. Once orders are processed, delivery is conducted via express courier (DHL or FedEx) and takes approximately 5 working days. For handmade products, such as our silk ranges, item creation takes between 2 to 4 weeks from date of order, including communications with the purchaser to understand their custom needs if applicable.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy:

 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. The following products are not eligible for return: special orders, customised products, silk scarves from any of the ranges, gift cards or sale items.

We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt of your return. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us. If your purchase has a fault we must be notified upon receiving your order. Any flawed or faulty item reported after this period will not be accepted.

 

If you need to cancel your order you need to email info@florenceart.net within 12 hours of placing your order, otherwise orders cannot be canceled once dispatched or creation has started.

 

Please Note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
