I call this scarf Harpsichord. The sharp black on white design gives it a very contemporary style. The design is inspired by the soundboard decorations on antique harpsichords. The graphic wood grain and sound waves patterns are very contemporary yet evoke the wooden instruments of the past. The tiny band of antique ornament reminds me of the trim painted by hand around 18th century instruments. The addition of a hand painted flowers follows the tradition of floral ornament on the soundboards of antique instruments. Your choice of flower or flowers can be custom ordered.
Washing instructions: Hand wash in cold water, hang dry. Iron through a protective sheet of cotton or other natural fibre.
