PRIVATE ART AND PAINTING LESSONS
ONLINE OR IN PERSON ART LESSONS
Alison is available for private lessons over Zoom or in-person in the FlorenceArt.Net studio. Theses lessons are ideal for beginners or professional artists who want to benefit from more intensive one-to-one time with an experienced tutor. The maximum amount of learning can be attained through these personalised lessons. Alison has worked with people of all levels and experience and is often commended for her personable, warm teaching style. Please see the table below for information about packages and prices. Alison is a professional artist and decorator, owner of FlorenceArt.Net, a decorative arts and teaching studio in the Carmine monastery near Anghiari, Italy.
Accommodations are available in and around Anghiari at any time, or at the monastery itself during the summer season. Contact the studio for help and recommendations and to arrange pick-up from Arezzo or Anghiari.

All Zoom packages come with a free introductory call (approx. 30 minutes). Each session is 2 hours long.

ABOUT ALISON
Alison Woolley is the founder and owner of FlorenceArt.Net and has been teaching and working as a professional artist for over 30 years. She graduated with honors after winning two scholarships from the Ontario College of Art and Design in Canada. She then moved to Florence and worked 15 years under the guidance of Florentine master artisans before opening her own bottega in the heart of the artisan district. She specialises in hand painted decoration using traditional media and water gilding. Her students come from all over the world to learn traditional European techniques at the FlorenceArt.Net studio and return year after year. Learn more about Alison.

START LEARNING FROM HOME
Watch some of our free art classes to start learning some basic skills from home. We also have full online courses that you can purchase. Each online course consists of a number of video lessons taught by Alison and her daughter Sonia. The content starts from the very beginning, showing you how to select the best tools and how to prepare your surface. You will then be guided through a project from start to finish.
